Here at Game Changers Sports, our mission is to change the athletic  landscape, one athlete at a time. We start by instilling discipline with a hard core mental approach. We utilize old school training methods coupled with the latest in sports technology. Our developmental training and enhancement programs will ensure each athlete maximizes their athletic potential to change the game!

The S.A.Q. portion of our Futures program is designed to teach the proper bio-mechanics, techniques and skills that will allow your young athlete to thrive amongst his or her competition. This class comes highly recommended for all kids who not only want to compete but also want to get into to great shape. This is an excellent way to improve your child or teens ability no matter what the sport.
 

Strength & Conditioning

The Strength & Conditioning portion of our Futures program is designed to develop the body’s core strength by utilizing the most essential and best exercises. By doing a variety of body weight exercises, functional movements as well as plyo-metric training coupled with an array of conditioning exercises, we have a formula that’s sure to create maintain and accelerate your child or teens overall strength & conditioning capacity.

Cardio boxing classes

In recent years, Cardio Boxing & Kickboxing has become one of the most fun and effective ways to get into shape, relieve stress and improve flexibility as well as help with weight loss. It has helped take training to another level for many. This training style is practiced by not only adults and athletes of all sports, but kids are enjoying it as well. It is a great way to shock your system through muscle confusion and also help change up the same old boring cardio routines using machines. Come give it a try, we’re sure you’ll be hooked after one class.

 SUPERFIT BOOTCAMP

 This four-day, six-week program is one of the most intense and diverse classes we offer.  Each day has its own focus of muscle groups and energy systems.  You'll participate in everything from weights and body weight exercises, to cardio-intense interval drills.  In addition to a variety of functional body movements, such as rope and cargo net climbs, battle ropes, tire flips, and prowler sleds and so much more.  This class can be used to enhance your overall condition or to simply lose weight.
